Bhindi Labs Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202525565H), Singapore handles your data for QuoteBeside in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.

What we collect

Your email, optional first name, property type, scope notes and the quotation files you upload. Payment details are collected by Stripe; we receive only payment status, amount and your email.

Why

Only to prepare and deliver your report, answer your questions and process refunds. We do not sell your data and we do not contact your contractors.

Who processes it

Cloudflare (hosting and file storage), Stripe (payments), our email provider (sending your report), and AI software used to read documents and draft the report, which is then reviewed before delivery.

How long

Files and reports are deleted 90 days after delivery, or sooner on request. Payment records are kept as required for accounting.
