Refund policy

• Not delivered on time: if your report is not delivered within 24 hours of payment (after we have readable files), you can ask for a full refund, even if you keep the report.
• Not happy: if you are not satisfied with the report, email us within 14 days of delivery and we refund in full. No questions asked.
• Changed your mind before we start: full refund.
• How: email hello@quotebeside.com from the address you ordered with. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
