The service

For a fee of SGD 49 per project, you upload 1 to 3 renovation quotations for the same project and we deliver, within 24 hours of payment and readable files, a written comparison report: a line-item breakdown, missing or vague items, permit and licence questions drawn from public guidance, a suggested progress-payment schedule, and questions you can send to each contractor. One free update is included if you send revised quotations within 14 days of delivery.

What it is not

The report is a practical checklist based only on the documents you give us and public information. It is not legal, financial, engineering or professional advice, it is not a valuation, and it is not an endorsement or a rating of any contractor. We do not verify any contractor's licences, registrations or financial standing for you; we tell you what to check. You remain responsible for your choice of contractor and your contract terms.

Your files

Only upload documents you are entitled to share. Remove anything you do not want us to see (for example NRIC numbers). We use the files only to prepare your report.

Payment and refunds

Payment is taken in Singapore dollars on Stripe's hosted checkout; we never see your card details. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Liability

We prepare every report with care, but quotations can be incomplete or ambiguous. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the fee you paid for it.
